About this property

A little oasis in the Eifel where you can unwind and relax. Fully furnished apartment for 2 people

A warm welcome to my lovingly renovated family home.

Enjoy the extensive hiking trails, bike along the Kyll Bike Path, or arrive on horseback. (Equestrian facility 100 meters away—prior arrangement required)
Or you can simply enjoy the peace and quiet on the shared terrace or in the garden by the pond.

On the way from the train station to the house, you’ll find a bakery and a small grocery store. (Open 7 days a week from 6:00 - 22:00; card payments accepted; cash accepted during service hours) There’s also a post office in town. A doctor is available for emergencies (100m away)

The lovingly furnished kitchen-diner features a large table and a fully equipped kitchen. A stove (ceramic cooktop), oven, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, air fryer, waffle maker, raclette set, fondue set, table linens, china, silverware, glasses, pots, dish towels, dish soap, and napkins are all provided as standard.
The living room, with its soft leather couch and armchair, plenty of blankets, and pillows, invites you to relax and watch TV. A writing desk is also available.
The shower is walk-in and at ground level. It is my pleasure to provide you with a wonderful break from the stresses of everyday life

The train station is about an 8-minute walk away.

The total price includes a final cleaning (€30) estimated to take 2 hours.

Very kind and helpful host in a wondeful village near steeper roads. Definitely recommend it as a biker vacation spot and in general if you love nature and or german culture and hospitality.

The apartment was bigger than expected and had all the things you need. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The host was friendly and helpful. Would definitely book this place again!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in meinem Elternhaus. Nach dem Tod meines Vaters konnte ich einen Verkauf nicht mit meinem Gewissen vereinbaren.
Also habe ich 2019 das Haus grundsaniert und aus einer, zwei Wohnungen gemacht.

Why they chose this property

Hätte mir jemand vor 10 Jahren erzählt, dass ich wieder in meinem Elternhaus lebe und inzwischen mit den Hühnern aufstehe und mein Leben nach dem Garten und den Jahreszeiten richte, ich hätte ihn für verrückt erklärt.
Jetzt kann ich mir nicht anderes mehr vorstellen und fühle mich pudelwohl.
Ich hoffe ich kann Ihnen ein Stück vom Glück mitgeben.

What makes this property unique

Mein Teich ! Ich habe 1988 meinen Vater überredet mir mir einen Teich anzulegen.
Es hängen viele schöne Erinnerungen an diesem Teich und wenn die Sonne untergeht, gibt es keinen schöneren Platz für mich.
Ich hoffe Sie werden die Atmosphäre eben so genießen wie ich.
