The heart of Marina Sands is the bright living and dining area on the ground floor. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer an unobstructed view of the marina’s turquoise-blue waters. The cosy sofa invites you to relax—whether with a good book, while watching a film, or simply watching the sailboats glide by. From here, you step directly onto the terrace, which, with its maritime charm, ensures plenty of moments of pure enjoyment. Breakfast with sand beneath your feet or a glass of wine in the evening light—both are just a few steps away.

SLEEPING TO THE SOUND OF THE SEA

Two cosy bedrooms await you on the upper floor. The master bedroom opens onto a balcony with a direct view of the water. A place where your first cup of coffee in the morning is just as special as the sunset in the evening. Warm colours, soft pillows, and plenty of light create an atmosphere that offers a sense of comfort and security. The second bedroom, with two single beds, is ideal for children or friends.

WELLNESS WITH A VIEW

After a day at the beach, relaxation begins right at home: In the bathroom, the large whirlpool tub invites you to spend relaxing hours soaking. The highlight in every season, however, is located high up in the attic: a private sauna with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a view of the Olpenitz marina. Right next to it is the rooftop terrace: a place for deep breaths, sunsets, and undisturbed moments between the sky and the water.

TIME TOGETHER

The modern kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires—from the hob to the dishwasher to the oven. It opens directly onto the dining area and the terrace, creating a seamless transition between cooking, dining, and enjoying the outdoors. The Scandinavian wood-burning stove in the attic studio ensures cosy evenings: a crackling fire, a view over the bay—and time stands still.

PRACTICAL DETAILS

The villa includes a parking space with an electric charging station right next to the house, a guest bathroom on the ground floor, a washing machine, a cot, and Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome.
