This high-quality semi-detached home offers a modern, light-filled atmosphere with an open-concept living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three separate bedrooms, and a stylish bathroom with a shower. Here you’ll enjoy comfort, cosiness, and plenty of space to spend time together.

The large garden, featuring a furnished terrace and your own beach chair, is the perfect spot for breakfast in the sun or a relaxing evening breathing in the sea air. Whether you’re out and about or just want to unwind—you’ll find the ideal retreat at “Seehund II.” There’s also a sauna house available for shared use with the neighbouring half of the house, “Seehund I.”
