It features a living room with a sitting area, sofa, cable TV, radio, DVD player, and a south-facing balcony, as well as a separate kitchen. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a TV.
The functional bathroom features a shower and toilet. Use of the indoor swimming pool is free of charge, while the sauna, washing machine, and dryer are available for a fee. Use of the wellness area (swimming pool, sauna, etc.) is governed by the building’s house rules. A parking space and a storage room for bicycles are available, though a specific parking space for bicycles is not guaranteed. An lift ensures accessibility within the building. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
