**Welcome**
A warm welcome to the Tide Resort Tossens! Your new ground-floor holiday rental, Haus Nordmöwe, combines modern comfort with a location close to the beach. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the dike, the Frisian beach, and the Wadden Sea, an UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. As one of the first guests, you’ll enjoy this brand-new accommodation with all its comforts while the access road and outdoor facilities are still being completed. The construction site behind the house will soon be a thing of the past—and you’ll be there from the very beginning as a new holiday destination takes shape!

**Living & Relaxing**
The bright living-dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows opens directly onto the garden, featuring a southwest-facing terrace and outdoor seating—ideal for enjoying the North Sea sun. The open kitchen, featuring high-quality brand-name appliances, is fully equipped and perfect for cooking and dining together. A cosy sofa area (with a sleeper sofa for one person) ensures relaxing evenings.

**Sleeping**
The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed, which is not yet assembled in the photos. Thanks to the well-thought-out floor plan, there’s plenty of space to play—ideal for children. In total, the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people.

**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**
The modern bathroom is equipped with a private sauna—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or during the cooler months. Use of the sauna is included in the price.

**Family-Friendly**
Here, you’ll feel completely at home with your children and dog: a short walk to the beach, plenty of space to play in the garden, and numerous recreational activities nearby. Bike rentals, handcarts, go-karts, and caravans are available right around the corner.

**Bedding & Towels Optional**
Bedding and towels are not included. You can add them as an option during the booking process for your holiday or directly through the relevant service provider after booking.

**Services & Extras**
The apartment comes with its own parking space and a bike rack. An electric vehicle charging station (for a fee) is available right next to the building. A washing machine provides additional convenience. Utilities and use of the sauna are already included in the rental price.
With your guest card, you can ride the bus for free; the bus stop is right outside the door. You’ll also receive a 15% discount on admission to the Aqua Mundo water park.

**TV and Internet**
Important note regarding internet and TV:
Wi-Fi and internet-based TV are available in our holiday rental. Please note that the connection currently runs over the cellular network. Reception quality therefore depends heavily on network traffic. Especially in the evenings, when many devices are online at the same time, you may experience temporary slowdowns.

**Location & Surroundings**
The Tide Resort is centrally located in Tossens (Butjadingen). The Friesenstrand beach, restaurants, cafés, shopping, and the Aqua Mundo water park are all within easy walking distance.
The Konzertmuschel is located right nearby, where exciting events and concerts take place regularly—here you can experience Tossens’ lively holiday atmosphere up close—which may occasionally result in slightly higher noise levels.
