This cosy apartment sleeps up to four people and features a 24-square-meter living room with a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a corner sofa, a sleeper sofa, and a sideboard. The fully equipped kitchen (10 square metres) includes an electric stove with oven, refrigerator, small freezer, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, and a dining table for four people. The 14-square-meter bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedding, and a closet, and offers direct access to the large sun terrace with a magnificent panoramic view. The 8-square-meter bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, towels, and a washing machine. Additionally, a locked bicycle garage with charging facilities and a parking space are available.



On-site fees: Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance, if necessary, to arrange a time by phone. Keys will be handed over in person on site. All additional costs, including towels, bed linens, and final cleaning, are included. Parking and Wi-Fi are free. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.



Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00, and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
