The West and East holiday apartments are two-story, measure approximately 55 square metres, and feature a cosy living room with a sitting area, dining area, and fully equipped kitchenette. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find the shower with toilet as well as two bedrooms (one with a bunk bed measuring 200x90 cm!). Enjoy the on-site sauna and the cosy warmth of the underfloor heating in our apartments. A special shoe dryer ensures your gear stays dry at all times.



The Keilbergblick holiday home offers you three comfortable and cosy non-smoking—two of which accommodate up to 4 people and one that accommodates 4 people with 2 possible extra beds. All apartments are two-story with a spiral staircase in the living room (see photos) and feature 2 or 3 bedrooms.
The quiet yet central location of our house makes it the ideal starting point for all activities in both summer and winter.
To ensure our guests’ comfort, we offer an on-site sauna, underfloor heating, secure storage for sports equipment, strollers, etc., in a lockable garage, a special shoe dryer, and the use of solar energy for heat and electricity. 
Parking is available right at the property.

On-site costs: A 20% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash or by debit card or Mastercard.Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out must take place between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible only by prior arrangement. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements, if necessary. You will receive the keys to the house and the holiday rental via a key safe. You will receive the code for the safe via email and/or WhatsApp well in advance of your arrival. A baby cot or high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.Pets are allowed upon request for a fee of €40 per pet per stay. The guest tax of €3.00 per person per night (€1.20 per night for children ages 7–16) will be charged on site. Additional Services/Offers: • Bed linens can be booked for a fee of €10.00 per bed per stay, or you may bring your own; • One use of the sauna is included per holiday rental and occupancy in the on-site sauna; additional use costs €20.00 for exclusive use of the entire sauna; • One set of towels per person is included, with a weekly change for longer stays; • 3 parking spaces on the property; 1 garage available for rent upon request for €5.00 per day; • Secure storage for strollers and similar items, as well as summer and winter sports equipment, in a lockable garage; • E-bikes can be charged in the garage; • A barbecue area with a barbecue fireplace and a portable grill is available in the garden;



Check-in is from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
