House on the banks of the Rur

The "Haus Am Rurufer" holiday home is located in Simmerath-Dedenborn and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to four people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, two TVs, a washing machine, and a dryer. The holiday home features a private, open terrace.

From the sunroom and the terrace, you can look out onto the 1,300-square-meter, fenced-in garden with a large pond. The pond poses a danger to small children. Therefore, children should be at least six years old. The garden pond is not a swimming pond, not even for dogs.
The property borders directly on the banks of the Rur River. There is also another seating area there. The property has direct access to the banks of the Rur River.
A lockable storage area with an electrical socket for bicycles is available upon request.

The sunroom is closed during the heating season. Public transport is within walking distance. Two parking spaces are available on the property.
The municipality of Simmerath charges a lodging tax of 5% of the booking price for guests. This amount must be transferred to the host’s bank account prior to arrival.
A maximum of two pets are allowed. Size and weight do not matter. Smoking and parties are not permitted. A charging station for electric cars is available and can be used for an additional fee.
