Welcome to our cosy one-room studio at Wassergasse 47 in St. Gallen! This centrally located apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the main train station and offers you the perfect base for exploring the city.

The studio apartment is located in a completely renovated building and features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, so you can easily prepare your favourite meals. The highlight of the studio is the ultra-comfortable bed with a mattress topper for added comfort. The bedding meets hotel standards, ensuring you get a great, restful night’s sleep.

Unwind after a long day and enjoy your favourite shows on the 43-inch TV or surf the web for free with fiber-optic internet.

You can check in on your own using a key safe. You’ll have the entire place to yourself.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Please be considerate of the neighbors and do not host parties or similar events.
The house rules are designed to make your stay as pleasant as possible, as previous guests have followed them. They also ensure that we can continue to enjoy Airbnb and strive to provide you with a clean and wonderful experience.

Registration Certificate:

Therefore, please observe the following rules: In accordance with the Registration Act (MG), we are required to present a registration form for every guest who stays with us. By making a reservation, you agree to fill out the online check-in form.

Smoking:

Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation. If you smoke, an additional cleaning fee of CHF 300 will be charged for ozone cleaning.

Additional Cleaning Fees for Heavily Soiled Apartments:

In the case of heavily soiled apartments, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of CHF 50.00. Check-out after 10:00 a.m.

Late Check-Out:

If you are still in the apartment 1 hour after check-out (10:00 a.m.), we will unfortunately have to charge you for an additional night. Please note that our cleaning team may enter the apartment starting at 10:00 a.m.

For stays longer than 2 weeks, cleaning takes place every 2 weeks. The cost for this is the same as the cleaning fee listed at the time of booking.
