Great stay

We had a very nice stay. The holiday apartment is spacious, well equipped and very clean. The environment is beautiful and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. We would surely recommend staying here for a holiday.

Absolutely amazing

Caren & Michaels place was fantastic, such a lovely house with everything you could possibly need. We stayed for a few days over Christmas and it was exactly what we were looking for, a quiet and calm area close to nature.The hosts were lovely, and were there to support if you needed anything. They even came by and with some Christmas snacks and Gluhwein on Christmas eve, which made us feel very welcome. Would highly recommend!

A perfect home for our Black Forest tour

We thoroughly enjoyed Caren and Michael’s home - and also their warm hospitality. The home is pristine and well located to use as a central location to visit many trails and villages. Caren, a licensed and experienced massage therapist also booked my 70 year old father to help him with his shoulder, which was hurting him from travel, We look forward to staying again next time we are in the area!

Sonnenterrasse 9

This semi-detached house is high above the village of Fischerbach in a very quiet location on a loop road (the nearby church bell does ring fairly early in the morning). The house is stylishly and classily decorated and equipped with high quality furniture and fittings. The kitchen has really high standard appliances, cutlery and crockery and things such as an electric whisk most rental houses don't. Cooking, towels and other essentials are generously provided for. Beds, chairs and sofas are comfortable and large. There is a large wardrobe in one bedroom and a large chest of drawers in the other and no storage in the children's bunk bedroom, Internet speed is about 30Mbps and stable. Being on a steep hillside there are a lot of steps to the house from the road and two staircases inside to the 3 floors. There is an outdoor seating area and direct access to the footpath network from the back garden. Caren and Michael were charming hosts and very responsive to questions and we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again happily. Note there is a sales tax of 2 euros per person a night that we didn't know about beforehand. Caren tells us she has made this more visible in the listing. Also if you like walking then download the Schwarzwald app, based on the Outdoors app. It has almost all of the walks in the Schwarzwald fully documented with GPS tracks, a great help.

Wir waren 1 Woche lang zu Gast in dieser herrlichen Unterkunft. Wir wurden am Anreisetag herzlich von Caren begrüßt bevor sie uns dann die Unterkunft zeigte.Das Haus lässt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen, 3 komfortable Schlafzimmer, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, ein schjckes Bad und alles dazu noch sehr sehr sauber. Kurzum, perfekt für den leider zu kurzen Urlaub mit den Liebsten.Vielen Dank an Caren und Michael

Pech gehad!

We hadden de pech, dat het buiten 38 graden was. In het huis was het daardoor te warm. Geen koeling was er aanwezig. De hele middag tot 8 uur 's avonds rolluiken dicht en met licht aan binnen zitten. Onze vakantie daardoor vroegtijdig beëindigd. Uitzicht vanuit de woonkeuken werd belemmerd door planten in de tuin. Het echtpaar maar kort gesproken, aangezien zij tot dinsdagavond zelf op vakantie was. De heer en mevrouw kwamen heel goed over. Daar lag het niet aan. Geen woning voor vakantiegangers, die slecht te been zijn. Voordat je binnen bent, moet je een aardig wat treden beklimmen.

Einfach wunderbar

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Haus von Caren. Das Haus hat eine fantastische Aussicht, ist einfach nur absolut super ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sehr über die sehr angenehme Art von Caren gefreut, sie ist einfach eine tolle Gastgeberin. In der Einrichtung hat sie auf viele Details geachtet, und ihre naturverbundene Ader spiegelt sich gut darin wider. Sauberes und schön eingerichtetes Haus

Das Ferienhaus ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, sowohl im Bereich der Küchenausstattung, als auch an Sitzbereichen. Neben separaten Wohn- und Esszimmern ist der überdachte Terrassenbereich in sonniger Lage an den Nachmittagen unser Lieblingsplatz gewesen. Über ein Gartentor ist der Wald direkt erreichbar und verfügt über eine Vielzahl von Wegen. In der direkten Umgebung sind auch weitere schöne Wanderwege und Attraktionen wie ein Besucherbergwerk. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Die Vermieter wohnen in der Nachbarschaft und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung und Landschaft

Der Urlaub hat uns super gefallen und hat uns die nötige Erholung gebracht. Bereits bei der Ankunft entschädigt der tolle Ausblick für die Anreise. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Für uns war es der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und angrenzend an die Wohnung ist direkt ein Waldweg. Trotz Höchsttemperaturen war die Wohnung angenehm kühl. Vielen Dank nochmal an die sehr freundlichen Gatsgeber, gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage!

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus im Schwarzwald! Gemütlich & modern eingerichtet, atemberaubende Natur direkt vor der Tür und eine herzliche Atmosphäre. Das haus ist ein bisschen höher gelegen, daher hat man einen super Ausblick runter in die Ortschaft und in den Wald. Ausflüge sind mit dem Auto von hier aus sehr gut zu machen. Bsp die Triberger Wasserfälle sind in 30min erreichbar. Der perfekte Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Großes Dankeschön an Familie M. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Un logement au top pour de belles vacances !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement qui est lumineux et spacieux (même pour une famille de 5). Il dispose de tout le nécessaire. L'endroit est bien situé pour de nombreuses ballades et visites à moins d'une heure de route. Merci à Caren et Michaël pour leur accueil des plus chaleureux et leur charmante attention.

Ferienhaus mit traumhaften Blick ins Tal

Am Anreisetag wurden wir sehr herzlich von Fr. Meßmer empfangen. Sie hat uns im Ferienhaus alles gezeigt und stand später als Ansprechpartnerin zur Verfügung. Das Ferienhaus ist mega sauber, gemütlich & modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet!!! Hier wird wert auf kleine, gemütliche Details gelegt. Was mich sehr angesprochen hat. Wir sind als Familie nach Fischerbach gekommen um hier eine Woche im Herbst zu verbringen. Wanderungen können direkt hinter dem Haus gestartet werden. Man ist sofort im Wald und in der Natur. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Empfehlungen für Wanderungen. Nach den Wanderungen oder den Ausflügen haben wir es uns oft im Esszimmer mit einer Tasse Kaffee gemütlich gemacht und den fantastischen Blick ins Tal genossen. Das Ferienhaus, der Ort und der Schwarzwald sind ein guter Ort um vom Alltag abzuschalten. Unsere Erwartungen wurden alle erfüllt, es blieben keine Wünsche offen, es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Familie Meßmer sind tolle Gastgeber, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen!
