The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms that guarantee a peaceful night’s sleep. The open-concept living area is inviting and filled with natural light, furnished with high-quality furniture and a cosy sofa where you can unwind after an eventful day. Enjoy meals together at the large dining table or on the sunny terrace, which is furnished with patio furniture and offers the perfect spot to relax outdoors.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Here you can showcase your culinary skills and prepare regional specialities. In addition, a shared washing machine and dryer are available to ensure your daily needs are met during your holiday.

The bathroom is a real highlight of the apartment, equipped with a walk-in shower and a hair dryer to provide you with the comfort you deserve. Here you can relax and freshen up after a wonderful day at the beach.

In addition, we offer an e-bike charging station and private parking, making travelling with your own vehicle even more convenient. The apartment was completely renovated in 2019 and exudes modern comfort. On a cool evening, you can use the three TVs in the house to relax and watch your favourite shows or use the free Wi-Fi to stay in touch with friends and family.

Included in the price is daily use (2.5 hours) of the Büsum Meerzeit! (Sauna use not included.)

The entire house underwent extensive modernization and renovation in 2019.

It received a new roof, new windows, doors, flooring, bathrooms, etc. All apartments have been modernly furnished with new furniture. The outdoor area has been redesigned.

There are 6 exclusive apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms. All apartments feature high-quality designer flooring. All apartments have new bathrooms—some with natural light—completely new furnishings, and new kitchens equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, and microwave (some as a combination unit), etc. All apartments are non-smoking.

A shared washing machine and dryer, as well as bicycle storage—including charging stations for e-bikes—have been provided.
