Eine sehr schöne Wohnung ,mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf die Stadt und das Meer.Der 13 m lange Pool war direkt bei der Wohnung ,was sehr angenehm war.Die Wohnung hat keine Klimaanlage, jedoch einen sehr guten , leisen Ventilator. Patrick der uns die Wohnung übergeben hat ist sehr freundlich spricht etwas Spanisch und Französisch, mit einer Übersetzer App hat die Verständigung gut funktioniert.Der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus war sehr hilfreich.Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Gut ausgestattete, saubere Wohnung mit schönem Balkon und wunderbarem Pool. Gute Ventilatoren. Allerdings nur 1 echtes Schlafzimmer, das Etagenbett befindet sich im schlecht belüftbaren Flur, der Durchgang zu allen Räumen ist.

Très bonne prestation, qui correspond exactement à ce qui est décrit. Appartement très bien localisé et très agréable, très appréciable d'avoir une place de parking. Il y a eu un peu trop de condensation dans la salle de bain, peut-être dû à une VMC fatiguée ou trop faible. Mr Boulay le gardien a été super! Merci à lui ! Nous reviendrons, c'est sur!

Nous avons adoré ce logement spacieux calme et très bien placé. C’est encore mieux que sur les photos car la vue ne se limite pas au fort on voit aussi la vieille ville au loin et même la mer. Le balcon est suffisamment grand pour y manger à 4 mais aussi y mettre un transat. Le nouveau wifi est très performant, On se sent chez soit il ne manque rien en terme d’équipement. Nous reviendrons

Déçue

Les points positifs de l'appartement sont : sa situation dans Collioure, la vue, son côté spacieux (nous étions 2). Les points négatifs : Condensation extrême dans la salle de bain (au point de déclencher le détecteur de fumée situé dans le couloir lorsque l'on ouvre la porte de la sdb ) Propreté des éléments de cuisine et vaisselles laissant à désirer. Absence de WIFI lorsque le voisin du dessus part. M Laroppe avait, dans un message précèdent, répondu que le problème était résolu. Or sur 7 jours de location nous avons eu 3 jours de wifi. Electricité non comprise dans le tarif en période hivernale.

Apt bien situé dans un coin tranquille, un peu à l écart du centre, compter 10mn pour rejoindre le centre par le canal mais c est plutôt agréable., et pratique quand on veut se balader dans la région. Apt confortable, très bien équipé. Patrick, le gardien est super sympa.

Bel appartement idéalement situé

Appartement très agréable, offrant un beau point de vue sur Collioure, disposant d'une place de parking (très précieux car impossible de se garer facilement dans Collioure) à un petit 1/4 d'heure du centre par un chemin. Très gentiment accueilli par le gardien, personne serviable et de bons conseils. Je recommande cette adresse. P.S Contrairement à l'annonce Abritel, cet appartement ne dispose pas dune box internet. Seule possibilité, aléatoire, se connecter sur le spot"non sécurisé" de l'unique opérateur Orange.C'est moyen. En connaissance de cause, je n'aurai pas réservé cet appartement. II conviendrait qu'Abritel prenne la précaution de s'assurer ce sur quoi il s'engage.

Beau séjour, bel appartement.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans ce bel appartement, météo au rendez-vous, du monde, juste ce qu'il fallait et surtout cette superbe ville de Collioure, inchangée depuis plus de 40 ans. Les points forts de cette location sont, la vue magnifique depuis la terrasse et l'accueil de Mr Boulay. En conclusion, allez-y, nous y retournerons.

Très joli appartement confortable et bien décoré, résidence calme est bien équipée. Accès à pied facile et agréable au centre et aux plages. Ensemble du panorama : mer , vignes et montagnes depuis le balcon, que demande de plus. Accueil trois étoiles à la résidence. Région splendide. Tout est à recommander sans réserve.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Collioure!

Wir haben zu zweit eine wunderbare Woche in dieser gemütlichen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht. Bis zum Zentrum Collioure ein netter Spaziergang von guten 10 Minuten und somit kann das Auto getrost auf dem zum Appartement gehörigen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Vor Ort ist als Ansprechpartner Monsieur Boulay für alle Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns auch manchen guten Ausflugstipp verraten- danke! Also, unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Belle location

Appartement fonctionnel, très calme et vraiment très agréable. Le centre ville et la plage à 10 min à pieds, ce qui permet de ne pas circuler dans Collioure en voiture. Mention spéciale au gardien de la résidence pour son accueil et ses bons conseils ! Nous gardons l'adresse pour conseiller cette location et y retourner.

Clean good value apt. in beautiful surroundings.

Clean and fresh simple apartment with hard, but according to my taste comfy, double bed. The kids slept well in the bunk bed in the hallway. Equipment and furnishings as in a typical summer cottage . Kitchen with standard equipment for simple meals. Very nice view from the balcony. Good location/area. It looks farther away but it only takes 10-12 minutes by foot down to beautiful Collioure. The caretaker in the bildning, who met up at arrival, was VERY kind, helpful and made us feel welcome/ Sara with family (Sweden).

Trés bon séjour et accueil très chaleureux du gardien!! La piscine a été très appréciée de toute la famille vu les fortes chaleurs. L'appartement est très agréable, bien aménagée; petit plus pour la terrasse où nous avon mangé tous les jours et la machine à laver. L'environnement de la résidence est très calme . Très bonnes vacances

Un agréable séjour dans cette location, fonctionnelle, propre, confortable et très bien située. On rejoint le centre de Collioure en quelques minutes par un agréable chemin bétonné. On évite ainsi bien des soucis pour garer la voiture ! Gros coup de coeur pour Collioure, cité colorée, pittoresque et authentique. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et dans cette même location !

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'appartement est très spacieux, propre et très fonctionnel. L'environnement est calme avec une place de parking dans la résidence très appréciable à Collioure, le tout à 15 minutes à pieds du centre ville et des plages par un agréable chemin.Nous y reviendrons!
