Built in 2024, this single-story holiday home features clean lines and contemporary amenities—various details ensure a high level of living comfort. The open-concept living area is tastefully furnished and offers a pleasant atmosphere for spending time together, thanks to the cosy sofa nook, a separate dining area, and vinyl flooring. The kitchen, which opens directly into the living room, features a modern layout that facilitates family interaction while cooking and relaxing. The high-quality amenities include an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a separate freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso espresso machine, and many other small kitchen appliances and utensils. Spices are provided so you can start your day in the kitchen right away. The large dining table comfortably seats all guests.

A TV, high-speed Wi-Fi with at least 100 Mbit/s, and a projector provide entertainment. Each of the four bedrooms features easy-to-clean vinyl flooring, making them allergy-friendly. In total, there are four bedrooms available for eight people. Three bathrooms with walk-in showers and an additional guest bathroom provide both comfort and privacy during your stay. Numerous windows with privacy screens, fly screens, and modern safety features such as smoke detectors and a first-aid kit ensure a comfortable stay.
