Enjoy a relaxing stay in our lovingly furnished 67 m² holiday apartment on the ground floor of a quiet, detached two-family home. The fenced-in property, which spans approximately 1,300 m², offers plenty of space, privacy, and unspoiled nature.

The bright, open living area with a spacious kitchenette invites you to linger. The highlight is the spacious west-facing balcony (12 m²) – perfect for winding down the day with a glass of wine while enjoying the view of the countryside and Lake Vilz, which is only about 200 metres away.

The bedroom, featuring a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), ensures restful nights. Additionally, a high-quality sleeper sofa (1.50 x 2.00 m) is available in the living room. The naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub—ideal for relaxing spa moments.

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering for up to three people. Bedding, towels, and tea towels are included, as is a convenient storage room in the apartment. All windows are fitted with fly screens.

A covered carport parking space is available right next to the house. You can safely store your own bikes or sports equipment on the property or in the small shed.

Just about 1.2 km away, right by the picturesque Diemitz Lock, lies the Biber Hof. There you’ll find fresh rolls for a leisurely breakfast as well as small items for your daily needs. In addition, the popular “Scheune” restaurant, with its unique charm, invites you to enjoy a pleasant time.
