This modernly furnished 2-room holiday apartment awaits you just about 100 m from the beach. Up to 4 people can unwind from their daily routines on the 3rd floor (no lift) in approximately 42 m² of living space.

The combined living and sleeping area is furnished with a sofa, a TV, and a dining table, and offers access to the covered, furnished balcony. A double bed (2x 80x200 cm, with adjustable head and foot sections) is separated from the living area by a curtain. The modern kitchenette, which opens onto the hallway, is equipped with all the amenities you need. A wide range of kitchen appliances and ample counter space make cooking a pleasure. The separate bedroom features two single beds (each 80x190 cm), a TV, and a closet. Blackout curtains in the living and bedroom areas ensure a restful night’s sleep. The en suite bathroom, featuring a shower and toilet, has a modern design and offers ample storage space for your toiletries.

An outdoor parking space is available to you in the large car park next to the house. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use within the complex. Wi-Fi is included (limited data allowance: 30 GB).
