"Steife Brise" Thatched-Roof Vacation Home with Fireplace and Garden

The quietly situated thatched-roof house "Steife Brise" on the island of Poel combines cosy living comfort with a private garden and a sunny terrace.

The living area features a comfortable sofa nook and a wood-burning stove. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and an additional freezer. A large dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals.

Two separate bedrooms ensure restful nights. The main bathroom features a shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet. A guest bathroom is also available.

The furnished patio and well-maintained garden are for the exclusive use of guests. Wi-Fi is available free of charge, and there is a private parking space at the house.

The washing machine can be used for a fee of 4 €. Payment is made with 2-euro coins.

Video surveillance is installed to protect the property. The terrace is located outside the monitored area.

A year-round bread roll delivery service can be booked no later than four days before arrival. Smoking is not permitted in the holiday home.

Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Erklärung der Waschmaschine verkompliziert - 4€ pro Waschmaschinen-Ladung sehr hoch und solch eine Gebühr nicht marktüblich - expliziter Hinweis vorab wünschenswert, sodass man das nötige Kleingeld vorher einplanen/organisieren kann.
