The approximately 2,600-square-meter, park-like property is completely fenced and has its own beach access. Wonderful tranquility and exclusive open space—luxury tailor-made for you.


Built in 2013 and featuring a traditional thatched roof and a Frisian-style earthen embankment, the villa was constructed entirely with exquisite materials, such as Swedish oak parquet flooring and Italian ceramic tiles. Underfloor heating ensures comfortable temperatures year-round. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout offer a breathtaking ocean view. A massive 258 square metres of living space, spread over two floors, offers more than enough room for up to 8 people. Two fireplaces (1 wood-burning, 1 electric), a private sauna, and high-quality furnishings from Rolf Benz, Hülsta, and other well-known brands speak for themselves.


The floor plan is also exceptionally spacious: The living/dining area alone is more than 70 square metres, and there are also four elegant bedrooms, three bathrooms with large walk-in showers (some with additional bathtubs), an utility room, and a guest bathroom.
