Gîte 'lavande' with Heated Pool, Countryside, Near Ocean and Forest, Marais Poitevin

Come and enjoy the absolute tranquility of the Marais Poitevin, just 30 minutes from the ocean’s large beaches and the majestic Vendée forests.



Our gîte is set in a Natura 2000 protected area, an exceptional 2-hectare site between woods and canals. Le Bas Marais is located in the Marais Poitevin in southern Vendée.



This bright gîte accommodates 5 guests, featuring large glass doors opening onto the garden and canal. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, and microwave, and opens onto the living room with TV. There is one bedroom with a double bed, another with a bunk bed (double below, single above), and a spacious bathroom.



Each gîte is semi-detached, with a private garden at the back separated by shrubs, a terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, and loungers facing the canal.



The heated, secure pool is open from mid-May to late August, weather permitting, from 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.



Set out from your gîte for a boat ride on the Canal des Hollandais.



Outdoor games include football, badminton, ping-pong, volleyball, darts, swing, slide, and Molkky.



Bikes for all ages are available.



Fishing enthusiasts are welcome—please bring your own gear.

Bed linen and towels can be reserved in advance for an extra charge, with beds made up for your arrival. Cleaning and underfloor heating are available for an extra fee. Baby essentials (made-up cot, high chair, bathtub) are provided free of charge on request. Some basic supplies are offered free of charge.
