At "Villa Dünenstraat" – the “Seehund” holiday rental—inviting comfort awaits you, featuring a large open living area, a separate bedroom, a 30-square-meter south-facing terrace, as well as a lawn for sunbathing, a garden, and an on-site sauna. Up to four people can fully unwind here. Just a short walk and you’re at the sea!

This comfortable holiday rental is located on the ground floor of the house; bright rooms with large windows immediately create a welcoming atmosphere. The tasteful and cosy furnishings invite you to relax; maritime accessories add that special North Sea flair. From the terrace, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding pastures and the dike.

The open-concept living and dining area offers the perfect setting for spending time with the whole family or with friends. You can gather in the cosy couch area with a TV or around the large dining table for film and game nights together. Delicious meals or snacks can be prepared quickly and conveniently in the built-in kitchen. It’s equipped with a stove, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as various small appliances.

Sunshine and North Sea air are included when you book “Villa Dünenstraat” on Juist: You can relax to your heart’s content on the apartment’s own 30 m² south-facing terrace with patio furniture and a beach chair, as well as on the lawn and in the communal garden.

The in-house sauna area provides further relaxation—ideal for soothing warmth after a walk on the beach (available upon request).

The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). A spacious built-in closet provides room for your holiday wardrobe. For two additional guests, the couch in the living room can be converted into a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm).

The elegant, naturally lit bathroom with a shower, two sinks, a heated towel rack, and a bidet adds to the comfort of your stay.

For our younger guests, a high chair, a cot, and a stair gate are available.

A comfortable North Sea holiday in a dreamlike location!

Welcome to “Villa Dünenstraat”! We’re delighted that you’re spending the best time of the year at our place—four comfortable holiday apartments are available for you to choose from.

Here, you can enjoy a holiday in a beautiful setting; just a short walk (about 15 minutes) and you’ll be at the beach and the boardwalk. The Wadden Sea and the idyllic town centre are also nearby (about 10–15 minutes).

Thanks to the short distance to the beach, you can spontaneously go for a swim, sunbathe, build sandcastles, or take long walks along the water. The nearby Wadden Sea (a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site) is perfect for guided mudflat hikes. An absolute must for discovering the unique flora and fauna on Juist!

The town centre offers a lovely selection of small shops, cafés, and restaurants—perfect for a leisurely holiday stroll or a delicious dinner.

Juist is wonderful to explore on its well-developed bike paths. You can easily and conveniently rent a bike and discover the surrounding countryside, lighthouses, and other island towns.
