Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the centre of Quiberon, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop 100 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 100 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach "Grande Plage de Quiberon" 100 m, indoor swimming pool 900 m, thermal baths "Thalassothérapie de Quiberon" 1.5 km. Sports harbour 2 km, golf course (9 hole) 1 km, surf school 8 km, sailing school 2 km, tennis 1 km. Nearby attractions: Casino 1 km, Côte sauvage et Presqu'ile de Quiberon 500 m, Belle île en Mer, Houat, Hoedic, Carnac et les Alignements 20 km, Vannes 50 km, Lorient 60 km.
