On the first floor, you will find four air-conditioned bedrooms, including an impressive home cinema with projector, sound system, and a wall-sized screen. There is also a small coffee kitchenette, a modern bathroom, and a workspace with LAN connection. The ground floor features a private wellness area with sauna, whirlpool, fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, bar table, and high chair. Enjoy air conditioning, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, projector, Sonos, Philips Hue, and a piano room with foosball and darts. Outside, a cold plunge pool, gas grill, and seating await you.

Enjoy shared entertainment with a projector, plus toys and books for children. A bicycle is available for you to explore the area.



The property is located in the UNESCO World Heritage town of Bad Ems in the Lahn Valley, known for its spa tradition and historic architecture. Forests and the Lahn River invite you to go hiking, cycling, or boating. The Bad Ems spa gardens and historic bath architecture are within easy reach. Unterkunft hervorragend, wir wurden kurzfristig in die Lahnstraße umgeleitet, aber alles bestens. Hervorzuheben ist, dass der Gastgeber bei Fragen oder offenen Punkten sehr schnell reagiert und geholfen hat. Die Gegend bietet auch fussläufig einiges, Koblenz ist in der Nähe. Absolut empfehlenswert.
