Spacious Studio with Shared Garden and Pool

This lovely new holiday studio is designed and equipped for 2 to 4 guests, just 2 km from the town center. Located 10 minutes from Les Baux de Provence, 20 minutes from Avignon, and 50 minutes from the beaches of Camargue, Nîmes, and Marseille, it offers a perfect base for exploring the region. The studio is attached to the main residence, so you can enjoy the shared garden and pool with the owners and guesthouse residents.



Inside, you'll find a spacious room with a double bed (160x200), armchairs, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, 2 ceramic hobs, microwave, coffee maker, toaster), TV (TNT antenna), and a dining table with 4 chairs. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and WC. On the mezzanine, there is a convertible sofa (140x200) and a dresser.



Bed linen, bath, and pool towels are provided, and beds are made upon your arrival. Parking is available on the property.



Please note: The mezzanine is not fully separated from the main room. The studio is not suitable for young children; extra guests must be teenagers or one additional adult at most.



The pool is open from June 1 to September 30.



The owners speak Dutch, German, Flemish, French, and English.



Pets are allowed; please respect the property and the neighbors' peace.
