This holiday apartment for two to four people is on the ground floor of a detached house on a little estate away from the town centre. It is in the easternmost part of Bavaria, to the north-east of Passau, surrounded by lush meadows, fields and mature forests, ideal for a relaxing holiday.
You can enjoy relaxing in the outdoor area on two extensive sunny terraces. There is a grill for dining outdoors and there is also a parking space right by the house. There are other holiday apartments on site.
The apartment provides 80m² of living space and exudes charm and homeliness with its generosity, cosiness and comfort. There is a separate entrance. You can sleep comfortably in a big double bed with two extra-long mattresses (each 90 x 220cm), with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side, a dresser and a double-door wardrobe, providing ample storage space for your luggage. The bathroom has under-floor heating and a corner bath, as well as an open shower, a washbasin with a cupboard and mirror, and a hairdryer. You can relax in the living room after a day trip on the big sofa, with a wall-mounted TV with satellite channels and a DVD player. There is also a stereo system with a USB port for your entertainment. Free wireless Internet access is available. You go past the dining table with three chairs to the fully-equipped country kitchen, which enables comprehensive self-catering with a four-zone ceramic hob, a fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. Owing to the additional room, it is possible to accommodate two further people. There is a separate WC and there is also generous cloakroom space.
The town about five kilometres has shops, cafés and restaurants awaiting your visit. You can cool off on hot summer days at the outdoor pool about 12km away. You can go on day trips to Passau, the Bavarian Forest, the Danube or the Pleckensteiner Forest on the Czech border.
The spacious sauna was completed in early December 2019. It is lined with waste wood and can be used at any time. Bathrobes and bath towels are provided by the owners.
