This comfortable holiday flat is located in the beautiful, manageable village of Okrug Donji (near Trogir) on the island of Ciovo. Enjoy a relaxing holiday in an absolutely peaceful rural location with views of the countryside and surrounded by fir trees, olive trees, sage and Mediterranean vegetation on the edge of the small village. The beach and the village centre with its numerous amenities are just a few metres away on foot. Hikes and exploratory trips on the island with its beach bays and excursions to Trogir or Split are possible in the surrounding area.
The comfortably furnished flat has a living space of 60 m² and is located on the ground floor of the two-storey house, below the owners' flat. The air-conditioned interior is divided into a very well-equipped kitchen with dining room, a cosy living room, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen allows for extensive self-catering, including a fridge-freezer combination, hob with oven and much more. The adjacent dining table with four chairs offers plenty of space for extended meals.
There is plenty of space for children to play and run around in the grounds. A terrace with a comfortable dining set invites you to enjoy a meal outside. The permanently attached barbecue, which is always available, is located in the garden of the house and invites you to enjoy a cosy barbecue evening. Your landlords will do their utmost to ensure that you have a comfortable and pleasant stay in their flat.
The beach "Stari Porat" is about 400m away from the holiday flat and can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. In addition, numerous shopping facilities, cafés and restaurants await your visit in Okrug Gornji (approx. 4 km). A grocery shop and a post office are also nearby in Okrug Donji. In addition to the numerous beach bays with clear, clean water, day trips to Trogir (7 km), the Krka waterfalls (60 km) or Split (35 km) are well worthwhile.
