Frisch Renoviert, hochwertig Ausstattung, familienfreundlich

Pros: Absolut Familienfreundlich! Die Vermieterin ist auf Familien mit Kindern vorbereitet und stellt verschiedene Hilfsmittel und Spielzeug (bspw. Kinderbett, Sandkasten) zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist wunderschön und neu renoviert. Sehr viel Holz, viel Platz, hochwertige Sanitäranlagen. Dekoration mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Vermieterin wohnt in direkter Nachbarschaft, ist hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Wir wurden über allgemeine und aktuelle Veranstaltungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung informiert. Auch bei spontanen Bitten/Änderungen wurde sehr nett und rücksichtsvoll reagiert.
