Our holiday flats near LEGOLAND Günzburg (approx. 10 to 15 minutes' drive) are not a luxury hotel, but you will find clean and cosy flats at fair prices.
Our flat 5 (top floor flat) has 1 bedroom and a small living room with a sofa bed, each with a flat screen TV, a living/dining kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The new kitchen is fully equipped. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The large garden behind the house with trampoline and football goals is part of our offer. The supervised car park (video-monitored) is located on our private property. Free Wi-Fi can be used throughout the house. We can provide you with a baby cot and a high chair (please let us know if required). Shopping facilities such as a bakery (approx. 300m, also open on Sundays) as well as Aldi, Rewe and a drugstore can be reached in a few minutes on foot and are only approx. 400m away. In the town centre, which you can also easily reach on foot, you will find pizzerias, restaurants, cafés and bars.
NOTE ON PERSONNEL OCCUPANCY : In this holiday flat 5, a minimum occupancy of 2 persons (e.g. 1 adult and 1 child) applies, but a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child. Should you wish to book the flat for less than 2 persons, please contact us in advance. We ask for your understanding.
