The modern kitchen, upgraded in 2021, is equipped for gourmet cooking and is connected to the dining and lounge areas. The house also has a family bedroom with four beds and plug sockets for phone charging. Outside, there\\'s a large terrace, a multi-purpose court for various ball games, a volleyball court, a large chess board, a play tower, and a fire pit area. The house also has beautiful gardens, lighting, paths, a parking area with a charging station for electric cars, and outbuildings for game equipment. The house allows for 3 dogs and provides a mattress and duvet for a baby bed. Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups.
