This charmingly furnished, approximately 41 m² 2-room holiday apartment with a glassed-in balcony (that opens) for 2 people is located on the 12th floor of the Panoramic complex in Building A. The lift takes you conveniently to your apartment. As soon as you enter the apartment, you’ll be greeted by a breathtaking ocean view.

After an eventful day, you can really settle in on the cosy corner sofa in the living room and enjoy the view.
The fully equipped kitchen also features a counter-style dining table with high chairs. Here you can enjoy your meals while taking in the ocean view. For coffee lovers, there’s a Nespresso capsule machine, a French press, a large porcelain coffee filter, and a small coffee maker.

In the bathroom, you can enjoy a full-size bathtub.
From your glass-enclosed, covered balcony, you’ll have a stunning, unobstructed view of Lübeck Bay.

A free underground parking space is available for your car.

The bedroom has a separate entrance on each side of the bed. You can also enjoy the stunning ocean view from this room. A large closet is available for your use. The sleeping area is equipped with a blackout blind.

The grounds feature a children’s playground, a tennis court (for a fee), a ping-pong table, a basketball court, and a bocce court.
You can also use the complex’s swimming pool for a fee.
And don’t forget—the “Hansa Park” amusement park is located right nearby —the only amusement park by the sea—

From lofty heights, you can gaze out over the green treetops and enjoy the view of Lübeck Bay beyond, with vistas towards Scharbeutz, Timmendorfer Strand, Niendorf, and Neustadt in Holstein. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, which is patrolled by DLRG lifeguards during the summer season, is only about 400 m away on foot. Sierksdorf Train Station is also within walking distance, about 500 m away.

The nearest shopping options, such as REWE, LIDL, and ALDI are only about 3 km away. There is also a home improvement store and an electronics store in this area. The BAB 1 highway junctions—Eutin to the south and Neustadt Süd to the north—are each only about 3.5 km from the Panoramic complex.

Recreational options at the Panoramic complex include its own indoor swimming pool, a children’s playground, and outdoor sports facilities such as tennis, table tennis, and a basketball hoop… There are also numerous other activities available in the area. For example, Hansapark Sierksdorf (Germany’s only amusement park by the sea) is just about 300 m away and offers fun for all ages.

The “Lykke Beach” beach bar—popular not only with locals—is just a few metres away and invites you to enjoy a drink in a relaxing atmosphere with a stunning ocean view.
A new adventure mini-golf course has been built behind the beach bar. The “Meet ’n Move” event hall, also located in the immediate vicinity, offers additional recreational activities. Whether it’s bowling, axe throwing, darts, or billiards… fun is guaranteed here for young and old alike.

But the biggest highlight is, of course, our natural surroundings. You can take kilometer-long walks along the beach, swim in the Baltic Sea, dive, go boating, row, sail, surf, kitesurf, and much more. Explore the coast and the inland areas by bike—all the way to Holstein Switzerland. Sightseeing flights from the Sierksdorf airfield “Hof Altona” are just as popular as, for example, the water ski facility in the neighbouring town of Süsel.
