Visitor’s tax in Hohen Wieschendorf: From April 1 to October 31 each year, the municipality charges a visitor’s tax. This tax is remitted to the municipality by the property owner. Costs: Ages 16 and older: €1.00/day | Ages 6–16: €0.50/day
This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking.

Our beautiful and family-friendly holiday rental is located just about 500m from the Baltic Sea, is on the ground floor, and features free Wi-Fi. All rooms are accessible without steps. There’s space for 2–4 people in the 56m² apartment, and your four-legged friend is also welcome.
To make you feel right at home, we’ve put a lot of thought into the amenities in our holiday rental!
In the living room (lockable door), you’ll find a large fold-out sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) with a slatted frame and mattress, a 40" LED TV with a Blu-ray player, a radio with a CD player, pleated blinds on the floor-to-ceiling windows, a dining table with four comfortable chairs, a reading lamp, and a large collection of indoor and outdoor games!
In the bedroom (lockable door), you’ll find a huge closet with a large mirror, as well as a very comfortable and spacious double bed (180 x 200 cm) with high-quality mattresses (90 x 200 cm). Here, too, the windows are fitted with pleated blinds for privacy and light control.
The separate kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need during your holiday. Dishes, pots, pans, a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, and a refrigerator with three large freezer compartments.
In the storage room, you’ll find not only items for daily use but also a cot with a mattress, a high chair, and a vacuum cleaner.
The covered terrace offers plenty of space for dining and relaxing at the large table, as well as the opportunity to unwind on the two comfortable lounge chairs.

Additionally, you’ll find a sauna, a free parking space, a communal grill area with seating, a washing machine and dryer, one indoor and one outdoor ping-pong table, bike storage, a bike rental service with pickup and drop-off, and a fish-gutting room for anglers.

This is a holiday rental. Rentals to companies are available upon request.
For corporate rentals, the following applies: max. 1 person per bedroom

Towels (€10.00 per person) and bed linens (€14.00 per person) can be rented on-site for a fee.
