In the heart of the town, on a busy pedestrian street, 5 min walk from the train station. In a building graded as a historical monument (Hôtel des gouverneurs), located 15 km away from a ski resort and 10 minutes away from an artificial lake. You will enjoy a very pleasant winter or summer holiday. During the summer, you will appreciate Embrun's numerous hiking trails through wonderful mountainous landscapes; you will also enjoy the artificial lake as an ideal place to relax. As for the winter, you will be located 20 minutes from the runs (Les Orres resort). Do not hesitate to contact us for any stay, I will happily respond to your enquiries.

    We were in Embrun for a big sailing event with our team and very happy with the host and communication. He was helping out with questions and solutions and the house is really in the center of it all. The area is beautiful and all is close by...thanks again for a very nice stay and a perfect host!

    Hébergement très bien situé et très 'bien équipé. Propriétaire au top qui est aux petits soins pour ses locataires et qui a même pris de mes nouvelles suite à mon triathlon longue distance. Encore merci.

    Très bel appartement du centre d'embrun. Très commode pour passez un séjour dans une ville active. Si l'occasion se représente c'est sans hésiter que je louerai une nouvelle fois ce logement dans cet immeuble remplis d'histoire. Le logement en lui même est propre fonctionnel et confortable.

    Nous avons passé une semaine fin août 2023 et nous avons pu assister aux festivités médiévales prévues durant cette période de l'année. L'emplacement idéal, pour ne pas dire parfait de l'Ancien hôtel des Gouverneurs nous a permis d'en prendre plein les yeux. Pas de connaître le programme tout se passe dans l'avenue proncipale, magnifique avenue bordés de commerces réellement traditionnels. Le logement semble figé dans le temps. C'est un vrai dépaysement. Le mobilier, les sols... Tout est vraiment dans l'esprit du lieu. Puis la porte classée est vraiment magnifique (et lourde 😅). La communication avec le propriétaire des lieux a été très fluide et agréable. Nous n'avons pas eu le moindre problème. Je recommande, et je renouvellerai...

    EMPLACEMENT DE CENTRE VILLE EXCELLENT EN HIVER. BRUYANT PARAIT-IL EN ETE.

    Beau bâtiment classé. Idéalement situé en centre ville. Déco originale en harmonie avec l'ancienneté de la maison. Dommage que le DVD ait été en panne (l'hiver la nuit nous rapatrie à l'intérieur à 17 H). Après conversation avec le propriétaire des changements vont intervenir, notamment le remplacement des moquettes par du parquet flotant.

    Bon emplacement, dans son jus...

    Le propriétaire étant loin des lieux (région parisienne) il demande l'avis d'autres personnes sur la properé avant de valider une location... Résultats : arrivée 20h45, 3 enfants, dont une petite de 2 and... et obligé de faire le ménage avec un vieux balais et un aspirateur qui n'aspire pas...les serviettes de bain des derniers occupants posées dans la salle de bain tout comme s'ils allaient revenir d'un instant à l'autre... La poubelle de la salle de bain pareil... vieux cheveux et cotons tiges.. Les toilettes avec des poils et pas nettoyés depuis....? Du coup heureusement qu'il y avait de la javelle sur place... Les oreillers jaunâtres ... Trois nuits sans coussin..... Le lave vaisselle est en état de fonctionnement d'après le propriétaire (nous n'avons pas réussi à le faire marcher... boutons cassés...) Le lecteur DVD, bien que dans l'annonce ne fonctionne pas... La moquette est dans son jus .... Je n'aimerais pas être celui qui la changera ....!!! les draps et les serviettes aussi...tachés et vieux... Bref, vu les autres avis, nous avons à priori eu une mauvaise expérience... Mais ça semble dingue..... En tout cas, on vous laisse faire votre propre expérience mais nous ne pouvons avoir un avis positif sur notre séjour chez cette personne...A bon entendeur.

    Un emplacement idéal

    Un appartement fonctionnel situé au cœur d'Embrun, dans un immeuble ancien où l'on entre par une porte massive datant de la Renaissance. Commerces de bouche, cinéma, librairie, marché du samedi matin sont accessibles à pied ; des départs de randonnées sont proches et le plan d'eau n'est pas loin non plus. M. Maurel ne pouvait pas être là à l'entrée dans les lieux, mais les indications fournies étaient suffisantes pour qu'il n'y ait pas de problème. Une agréable façon d'essayer Embrun en automne.

    Séjour bien sympathique

    nice appartement in the historic center of embrun. we (3 adults) had a great stay in this historic building. nice restaurants in walking distance, 5-10 minutes with bike to the beach.
