The duplex holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of the former dyehouse of the worsted spinning mill and features a spacious layout (60 m²). This well-designed, spacious, and comfortably furnished loft-style holiday apartment is suitable for 4 people. Travel cots and high chairs are available at any time upon advance request.
The Living Area
In the living area, the Italian sofas and armchairs invite you to relax. The large flat-screen TV with cable and a connected Blu-ray player provides a wide range of entertainment options. The stereo system also allows you to enjoy your own music via Bluetooth. Of course, Wi-Fi is also available in the apartment.
The kitchen-dining area
The living area flows seamlessly into the “kitchen-dining area.” The built-in kitchen is equipped with:

refrigerator and freezer,
dishwasher,
an oven,
a toaster,
a ceramic cooktop, and
a Nespresso coffee machine (basic equipment provided)

The bedrooms
The two very large bedrooms each feature an extra-long (2.10 m) high-quality, comfortable box-spring bed. The bedroom on the lower level is equipped with a built-in closet with sliding doors, and the bedroom on the loft is equipped with a closet with hinged doors. Both closet systems offer plenty of space for your personal belongings. One of the doors in each closet is fitted with a full-length mirror.PGJyPgThe BathroomPGJyPgThe walk-in shower features both a handheld showerhead and a “rain showerhead.” The sink is equipped with a well-lit, large mirror. The bathroom is also equipped with a hair dryer. Hand towels and bath towels are provided for your use.
Outdoor Area, swimming dock, and barbecue area
This holiday rental includes a large sunbathing and play area on the banks of the Havel River with direct access to the property’s own swimming dock, which is equipped with a swim ladder and has a freeboard height of 20 cm. This allows you to easily get in and out of your canoe or rowing boat. Furthermore, the barbecue area is located right next to the oversized natural stone table (approx. 5 x 1.20 m).
A large, locked room on the ground floor is available for storing your bicycles, canoes, or rowing boats. This room also houses the communal washing machine, which can be used by appointment.
