This cosy apartment has three rooms and is located on the 3rd floor. However, it is easily accessible by lift.
The living room features a sofa bed and opens onto a west-facing balcony, which offers a partial view of the Baltic Sea. A TV is available for your entertainment.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed.
In the building’s basement, there is a laundry and drying room with coin-operated machines, as well as space to store bicycles.
In the wellness area of the “Dünenschloss,” tenants can use the swimming pool, sauna, and fitness room free of charge to stay healthy.
Please note that the swimming pool is closed during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks due to maintenance work.
Use of the swimming pool, sauna, and fitness room is not included in the lease agreement but is permitted free of charge.
An electric car charging station/wall box is available in the parking area. Charging is possible via an app or an RFID charging card; the maximum charging time is 4 hours. Please vacate the charging space promptly after the charging process is complete to allow other users to use it.
Both utility costs and the parking space are already included in the room rate.
