Unterkunft mit Unzulänglichkeiten

Die Wohnung ist in Lage und Zuschnitt ganz gut - das Bad könnte etwas größer sein.Positiv: Frisch gewaschenes Bettzeug, Matratzen und Auflagen gut, recht großer Balkon, ziemlich schalldichte Fenster, Wohnung frisch gestrichen, Heizung und Warmwasser funktionieren gut.Negativ: Bettcouch für Erwachsene nicht geeignet und zu hart, die Betten fingen nach 3 Tagen an zu knarzen, Akku-Staubsauger funktionsunfahig (auch nach 16 Stunden Ladezeit), kein Kehrset vorhanden (wurde nach Hinweis von Hausverwaltung nachgeliefert), Kehrbesen ohne Stiel (wurde nachgeliefert), im Bad treiben sich Silberfischchen herum. Der Balkon könnte eine gründliche Reinigung vertragen.
