Bright, quiet, clean, private: 50-square-meter basement apartment, near Lake Constance

Our holiday rental, newly furnished in 2023, is located 5 km from Lake Constance in Wahlwies, a quiet, rural area of the town of Stockach.
Accessible via an outdoor staircase with a separate entrance, this 50 m² basement apartment in our house is
modern and brightly furnished; it offers a comfortable space for 2–3 people. The small kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, and two hot plates. Wi-Fi is available. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200). The living area also features a comfortable sleeper sofa. The spacious bathroom includes a shower and toilet.
The floors are tiled, and the bedroom features real wood laminate flooring. All rooms have windows and roller shutters. We offer our guests a well-maintained and clean apartment—warm and cosy on cool days and pleasantly cool on hot days.
The designated guest parking space is located directly in front of the apartment’s entrance.
E-bikes can be safely stored under cover and charged.
From the local train station, you can reach the beautiful town of Radolfzell in 10 minutes and Konstanz in 50 minutes.
In the village, there is an organic supermarket (Pestalozzi Children’s Village) with its own Demeter-certified bakery and butcher shop, just a 5-minute walk away. There are several farm stands in the immediate vicinity selling regional products directly to customers. Various discount stores in Stockach are easily accessible within a 5-minute drive or by train. We enjoy interacting with our guests and are happy to provide recommendations and information regarding sights, activities, wellness, culture, dining, and much more.
