The farmhouse "Oliveres is a stunning holiday retreat near Artà and offers breathtaking views of the lush hilly landscape. Situated on a 23,000 m² plot with almond and olive trees, this property guarantees privacy and tranquillity.
The accommodation consists of a main house and a cottage, both of which have beautifully designed terraces with comfortable seating. Another highlight is the slightly elevated pool. From here you can enjoy a particularly spectacular view of Artà and the picturesque landscape in the east of the island. The tranquil sounds of nature, including distant donkey and goat calls, enhance the peaceful atmosphere.
The main house extends over 200 m² and is divided into two wings. One wing includes a spacious living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room, while the other contains three bedrooms and two bathrooms. An open-plan dining area connects the wings and offers a marvellous view of the garden. The cottage is located 50 metres from the main house and offers a private space for two guests, complete with a bedroom, a bathroom and a summer kitchen.
"Oliveres is ideal for two families or larger groups and is rented exclusively as a whole, allowing guests to enjoy the entire property during their stay.
The country house "Oliveres is situated on an elevated plot in the middle of the picturesque hilly landscape near Artà in the east of the island. The pretty little town of Artà with its shops, restaurants and small cafés can be reached in approx. 4 minutes by car. The beautiful sandy beaches on the east coast, such as Cala Ratjada and Cala Agulla, are 15-20 minutes by car from your holiday home on Mallorca.
