The spectacular sea villa "Can Eolo" is perched on the cliffs of Cala Agulla, near Cala Ratjada, and offers phenomenal views of the open sea. The outdoor area has a spacious terrace that wraps around the mountainside, with a stone-framed seafront terrace perfect for lounging and barbecuing. A mosaic pool area with sun loungers and a charming fish-shaped outdoor shower adds a unique touch to this beautifully restored villa.
The house has four spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, two of which are en suite. The lower floor offers a bright living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, a cosy dining area and a well-equipped kitchen as well as one of the double bedrooms and a bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the upper floor.
Beautifully restored finca "Can Eolo" with separate guest house in a spectacular coastal location on the edge of Cala Agulla. The local supermarket can be reached quickly from the villa on the hillside with marvellous sea views. Cala Ratjada with its beautiful harbour promenade is also close by for shopping and strolling. Beautiful sandy beaches are approx. 1.8 km away.
The optional use of air conditioning is payable in cash on site.
