A bathroom, complete with a shower, WC, and window, also occupies this level.

The upper floor comprises two bedrooms: one with a double bed (two mattresses of 90x200 cm) and another with two single beds (each 90x200 cm). Both rooms include wardrobes and Velux windows equipped with blackout blinds. A high chair and travel cot are included for younger guests, alongside a stair guard for safety. One dedicated parking space is available at the house.
