Modern vacation home with sauna & terrace, just 800 m from the Baltic Sea beach

This new, spacious holiday home on Usedom offers the perfect combination of comfort, style, and a connection to nature. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living area of approximately 110 m², there’s plenty of space for up to 6 people—perfect for families, groups of friends, or multiple generations. The modern amenities—including underfloor heating, a private sauna, four TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen—offer everything you need for a worry-free holiday. Especially convenient: a washing machine, dryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi are also included.
Enjoy sunny hours on the furnished terrace or explore the idyllic surroundings—whether on a walk through the adjacent forest or during a day at the beach on the nearby Baltic Sea, just 800 m away. Thanks to its central location, restaurants, supermarkets, and public transport are all within easy walking distance. There’s also an electric car charging station nearby (pick up the card at the office). This holiday home is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway—whether you’re looking to unwind, enjoy outdoor activities, or take a “workation” with a view of the sea. Pets are welcome, and we’ve even thought of the kids—two of the sleeping areas are specifically designed for young guests.
