Villa "Occimara" – Comfort and Warmth Steps from the Beach in Corsica

The kitchen is fully equipped with complete dishware, utensils, refrigerator, freezer, cooktop, oven, hood, microwave, and dishwasher for your convenience.



The house offers 4 air-conditioned bedrooms spread over two floors, ideal for couples, families, or groups of friends. Upstairs, a desk with free unlimited Wi-Fi lets you work or relax in peace.



Everything is provided for children (crib, stroller, high chair), as well as for everyone’s leisure: board games, beach toys, loungers, pétanque court, and complimentary bicycles.



"Occimara" features two gardens. The front garden brings Mediterranean charm and scents, while the rear offers a private courtyard with a covered terrace and barbecue—perfect for sharing pleasant evenings.



There are two bathrooms, plus an outdoor shower and toilet—very practical after the beach. The beach is just 300 meters away, spacious and rarely crowded.



Enjoy hiking, diving, fishing, water sports, or exploring Corsican villages and ports during your stay. A mini-market is within walking distance, and Lucciana’s shopping center is 10 km away.



The owners or their representative are always available to ensure a smooth holiday. Bed linens and towels can be provided on request, available for an extra fee. Please return the house as clean as you found it.
