The Möwe holiday rental in the lakeside resort of Lubmin is a lovingly designed retreat for two people, quietly situated yet right in the heart of the village. Spanning 35 m², the apartment is located on the ground floor—or attic—of a former farmhouse, surrounded by an exceptionally beautiful garden featuring fruit trees, flowers, vegetable beds, cosy seating areas, beach chairs, and even free-range chickens. Lubmin’s fine-sand beach is only about 400 metres away and easily accessible on foot.
The apartment combines rustic charm with modern comforts and is ideal for couples, solo travellers, or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway by the sea. A parking space is available right on the property. You can also use the shared sauna in the adjacent building as well as the cosy relaxation area in the attic—perfect for unwinding after a walk on the beach.
Access to the holiday rental is via a staircase in the shared hallway; alternatively, a stairlift is also available. Pets are also welcome at the Möwe holiday rental: Up to two dogs are welcome to join you, so you can enjoy a relaxing holiday with your four-legged companion.

Here you’ll find a comfortable sofa, a TV with streaming services, and a compact, well-equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette features a portable induction cooktop, a microwave with oven function, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster—ideal for hassle-free self-catering. The separate bedroom is located under the sloped ceiling and is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180x200), ensuring restful nights. The modern bathroom features a shower, toilet, and a washing machine, making the apartment pleasantly practical even for longer stays.
The outdoor area of the house is a real highlight: the lovingly landscaped garden with fruit trees, flowers, seating areas, lounge chairs, and beach chairs invites you to linger, read, or simply take a deep breath. In the separate outbuilding, there’s also a sauna with a relaxation area in the attic available for shared use. Use of the sauna is free of charge by arrangement with the owners and is a wonderful way to round off relaxing holiday days, especially during the cooler months.
