Welcome to the Buchholz Holiday Home, a detached, lovingly furnished bungalow in the idyllic North Sea town of Schillig. With 58 square metres of living space, the house can accommodate up to four people and is the ideal retreat for relaxing days by the sea.

As soon as you enter the house, you’ll be greeted by a bright, spacious entryway that exudes a pleasant sense of calm. There’s plenty of room here for your shoes and coats, so you can arrive feeling completely relaxed.

From the hallway, you enter the cosy living room, which invites you to linger with its elegant black leather sofa set and two armchairs. Whether it’s a good book, a relaxing evening watching TV, or simply spending time together—you’ll feel right at home here. The built-in dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals, game nights, or long conversations over a glass of wine.
The large picture window lets in plenty of light, especially in the summer, creating a friendly, sunny atmosphere.

Directly from the living room, you step out onto the patio, which is equipped with patio furniture, comfortable lounge chairs, and a parasol—perfect for breakfast in the fresh air, relaxing afternoons, or balmy summer evenings.

Also accessible from the living area is the practical kitchenette, which is well-equipped for self-catering. Here, cooking is a pleasure even on holiday.

The warm wooden ceilings throughout the living area further contribute to a cosy and inviting atmosphere.

The bright, daylight-filled bathroom, which you can also reach via the hallway, features cheerful tiling and includes a shower stall as well as a mirror cabinet with ample storage space.

The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (200x200 mattress) and, thanks to the built-in closet, offers plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe.

In the second bedroom, you’ll find another box-spring bed (180x200 mattress)—here, too, practical built-in closets are available.

All rooms can be darkened, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. A private parking space right in front of the house rounds out the amenities.

The Buchholz holiday home offers you a welcome break from digital life—there’s no Wi-Fi here, so you can focus entirely on relaxation and rejuvenation, far away from the pressure of constant availability. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the authentic feeling of a holiday.

The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area, and the beautiful sandy beach at Schillig is just a few minutes’ walk away. Breathe in the North Sea air, listen to the sound of the waves, and enjoy your time away.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You’ll need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed, 1 large shower towel, 1 small hand towel, and, in addition, for each holiday rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked), 1 shower mat (per bathroom), and 2 tea towels.

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest fee is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travellers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
