Haus Austernfischer - Vacation with dog by the sea

The Austernfischer house is located in a quiet, out-of-the-way spot bordering meadows and pastures, and its 65 square metres of ground-floor living space offers everything you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday on the coast with your family and dog.

The Jadebusen and the dyke foreland are only about 1,000 metres from the holiday home and can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The “Floating Moor,” an UNESCO Natural Heritage Site unique in the world, is in the immediate vicinity.

The heart of the holiday home is a spacious, bright living room with a seating area, a wood-burning stove, and an adjacent dining area with an open kitchen.

Large window panels with floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area allow for an unobstructed view of the outdoors at all times, creating a seamless connection to the garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.

The wood-burning stove in the living room creates a cosy atmosphere on cold days.

Wi-Fi internet access is, of course, available free of charge.

The first bedroom has a double bed (2x90x200 cm). The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm) and a children’s bed in the bunk (70x140 cm). Both bedrooms can be darkened with roller shades.

All windows in the holiday home are equipped with insect screens to keep out unwanted pests.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink.

On the furnished, covered patio, you can enjoy the sun and the healthy North Sea air while having breakfast. The well-maintained and fully fenced property features a lawn (approx. 500 m²).

This makes it ideal for families with small children or families with dogs to enjoy a relaxing holiday to the fullest.

You can also have bread delivered daily via the bread roll service.

In Varel, 15 km away, you’ll find all the shops you need for daily necessities, including Aldi, Famila, and others.

In addition to the Sehestedt beach, popular destinations include the Jaderberg Animal and Leisure Park, Aqua Mundo in Tossens, and the Klimahaus in Bremerhaven.

Dogs are allowed in this holiday home for an additional cleaning fee.
