MoorRose vacation home on the North Sea with fenced garden and infrared sauna

With approximately 90 square metres of living space, a large terrace, and an infrared sauna, our MoorRose holiday home is ideal for families and offers plenty of room for up to 6 people, including children and a dog.

The heart of the home is the spacious kitchen and living area, featuring large windows and a gas fireplace. Bright rooms, tiled floors with underfloor heating, and tasteful furnishings create a cosy atmosphere. You’ll find a high-quality living room set, a gas fireplace for cosy evenings, and modern amenities such as a TV and Wi-Fi. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave), and the open dining area offers ample space for 6 people.

The house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200) and features a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower and an infrared sauna. The second shower room is accessible from the hallway.

The second bedroom features another double bed (140x200) and a separate reading loft accessible via a small staircase.

Another bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed; the play area here is accessible via a staircase. All windows are fitted with pleated blinds and/or blackout roller shades.
A washing machine and dryer round out the amenities.

There are two parking spaces on the property. Bicycle storage is available in the separate wooden shed.

Starting in late 2022, you can charge your electric vehicle at the wall box in the carport. Billing is handled separately.

Our Moorrose house is located in the new Jade-Sehestedt holiday village on the Jadebusen in the UNESCO World Heritage Site Wadden Sea. Here you’ll find a unique nature reserve: the “floating moor,” the world’s only moor located outside the dike system. Discover unspoiled nature right by the sea. Enjoy the vastness of the Wesermarsch, the mudflats, the sea, and the wind—and let your mind wander.

You can reach the Sehestedt beach section on the Wadden Sea—where swimming is permitted—on foot or by bike; it’s only about 800 m away. You can have bread rolls delivered daily via a bread roll service lassen.Im. In Varel, 15 km away, you’ll find all the shops you need for daily necessities. If you’re looking for a change of pace, you can drive to many nearby attractions, including museums, zoos, harbours, sporting events, and nearby sandy beaches.

Pets are welcome in this house for an additional cleaning fee!

This is a non-smoking house. Parties and events are not permitted in this holiday home.

The holiday home area is still under development, and there may be occasional noise and dust around or inside the property. A “construction site discount” has already been factored in.
