This non-smoking holiday rental is located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained residential building and features high-quality amenities and a well-thought-out floor plan with 48 m² of living space.

With two separate bedrooms, the apartment can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. Please note that one of the bedrooms is furnished with a double sofa bed
(140 × 200 cm) and is therefore more suitable for one adult or two children.

The living room and dining area are equipped with exterior blinds. The first bedroom has a double bed and an exterior blind for privacy. In the second bedroom with the double sofa bed, you’ll find a TV and a Velux roller shade for privacy.

The open-concept kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living area and fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave with a grill function, a kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. The adjacent dining area and cosy sofa nook create a pleasant atmosphere for shared meals or relaxing evenings. A TV and free Wi-Fi are available for your entertainment.

The private balcony extends the living space outdoors. Furnished with comfortable patio furniture and a parasol, it invites you to enjoy the fresh North Sea air in a private setting. For families with small children, a portable seat with a table is available to attach to a dining chair.

The bathroom features a shower, toilet, hair dryer, mirror, and makeup mirror. A Velux roller blind provides privacy. Additionally, a 3-kg washing machine for your personal use, an iron, an ironing board, and a clothes drying rack are available in a storage room. Heating, a starter set of bed linens, and various cleaning supplies—including a vacuum cleaner—are also provided.
