The surrounding area is characterised by its proximity to the Baltic Sea: the fine-sand beach and the sea are just 2.8 km away and easily accessible by bike.

The apartment’s layout is well-thought-out and family-friendly. Two bedrooms with tiled floors offer cosy retreats. There are three rooms in total, plus a modern bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, bathtub, bidet, toilet, and sink. Warm underfloor heating and a heat pump ensure comfortable living all year round. The open-concept living area combines inviting sofas, cosy armchairs, and a dining area.
