The spacious house (85 m² / 915 sq ft) features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and a 20 m² terrace. It has been recently fully renovated and is furnished in a modern and stylish way. Despite its central location, you will enjoy a calm and quiet stay.

The lovingly landscaped garden with a lawn and various fruit trees – whose fruits you are welcome to pick during your stay – also includes an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and dining area. This space is freely available to you and perfect for cozy evenings outdoors.

The property impresses with high-quality, modern amenities: fast internet, a fully equipped kitchen with premium utensils, and a fully automatic coffee machine are provided. The air conditioning in the living room cools the entire house. Both bedrooms feature comfortable box-spring beds and ceiling fans to ensure restful sleep and pleasant temperatures. In addition, the living room offers a sofa bed with a high-quality 160 × 200 cm mattress, comparable to a real bed. Bed linen and towels are provided by the host. Stretching over around 2 kilometers, it is almost larger than the town itself. For active holidaymakers, the beach also offers a wide range of water sports and excursion options. From here, there is an hourly boat connection directly to the beautiful old town of Trogir.
