Gite near Rennes and Nantes
18 km from Châteaubriant, in the hamlet of Le Grand Nesly in Sion-les-Mines, a fully renovated 150 m² stone house welcomes you.
Cleaning and towels are available for an extra fee.
This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the company of animals (goat, cat, poultry) in the countryside.
For children, there are indoor games (dollhouse, toy cars, books) and outdoor games (swing, ping-pong table) available.
We are halfway between Rennes, Nantes, and Angers (45 minutes).
The house features a terrace, garden, kitchen, living/dining room, and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (Nature Room: 2 single beds with en-suite bathroom and toilet, Dormitory: 4 single beds). Upstairs, you’ll find 2 bedrooms (Zen Room: 2 single beds with en-suite bathroom and shower, Cosy Room: 3 single beds), a bathroom with shower, and two separate toilets.
Amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, TV, Wi-Fi, garden furniture, barbecue, parking.
The gite accommodates up to 12 guests. A supplement applies for the 11th and 12th guest, available for an extra fee.
We do not accept dogs, but a kennel is available in Sion-les-Mines, 4 km from the gite.
The electricity meter is read at check-in and check-out. Electricity is charged to guests beyond a daily included amount.
