Outside, relax in your private garden, on the covered terrace, or on the open terrace—perfect spots to admire the Alpine scenery. The property is set in a peaceful residential leisure park, established in 1984, bordered by forest and a river.



You will have access to 2 shared parking spaces on site. One pet is allowed, but parties are not permitted. Shared facilities include a playground, table tennis, pool table, as well as toys and books for children. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.



The family-friendly village offers year-round hospitality in an exceptional setting. Verchaix provides easy access to Annecy (60 km), Geneva (50 km), Cluses (18 km), and Samoëns (3 km). You are 200 m from Lac Bleu de Morillon and 500 m from Grand Massif. On site: artisan bakery, bar, restaurants, pizzeria, food truck, games room with pool and pinball, and pétanque court in summer.



Bed linen, bath sheets, and towels can be rented for an additional fee. Cleaning is optional and available for an additional fee. Please leave the accommodation as you found it.
