Villa Grandeur Océan – Spacious Family Home Near the Beach
Located on a quiet street, Villa Grandeur Océan invites you to enjoy spaces designed for the whole family, just a 5-minute walk from Port-Lin beach and a 15-minute bike ride from Valentin beach.
The spacious living area is filled with natural light throughout the day, thanks to windows on three sides. Its open layout lets you move easily from the TV lounge to the large family dining table and the fully equipped kitchen with a central island—perfect for preparing meals together. The kitchen and dining area open directly onto a large terrace, ideal for relaxing outdoors. The private garden completes this welcoming space.
The house is designed to comfortably accommodate three couples and their children. Villa Grandeur Océan features three double bedrooms (one on the ground floor, accessible for guests with reduced mobility, and two upstairs). An upstairs dormitory sleeps six children in bunk beds, with two additional pull-out beds available for larger family gatherings.
There are two fully renovated bathrooms with showers, one on each floor.
Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge.
