Lüßvitz is nestled in the picturesque countryside of Rügen, right next to the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park, far away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The surrounding area captivates with its vast fields, green meadows, small wooded areas, and close proximity to the Kubitzer Bodden.
Here you’ll find deep tranquility and relaxation in nature. It’s the ideal starting point for activities, hikes, and bike rides.
Surfers and kitesurfers will find excellent conditions at the nearby campground on Ummanz.
The water is about 400 metres away. The nearest swimming spots in Waase and Lieschow are about a 10-minute drive away. Other popular beaches are located in Prora, Glowe, Binz, Göhren, Babe, and Altefähr, to name just a few.

In Gingst and Samtens, about a 10-minute drive away, there is a supermarket and a bakery for fresh rolls and other groceries.

A bike rental shop, restaurants, and a pharmacy are located in Gingst.
